I'm doing pretty good, a little tired.

sleepy time?

Went to the movies with Sylvie last night, spent the night at her place. Left there around 9, so I didn't get that much sleep.

haha that's so much better compaired to my night. Napped all day yesterday, woke up and stayed up until 3am.. couldn't sleep and called my boyfriend at 4am while he was coming back from clubbing with his friends (he never invites me.. ever) and ... then let him go, it took me until 5am to fall asleep. I wish you could effectively turn off your thoughts every night before bed just like a light swtich.

He never invites you when he goes clubbing? Why not? Is it a "gf not allowed" type of thing?

that's partly why we fight ... Friday night we were at the same club .. but it was a coincidence. After his baskball game, he was going to a friend's birthday party and my friends and I were just going clubbing and he stopped us when he recognized us while we were dancing.

I can understand going out seperately some of the time, but never taking your gf along?

How does he explain it?

he doesn't he says he's busy and that he just wants to be with his friends. But the thing is that he use to have guy-nights out ... but the last two times he didn't invite me it was guys and girls... that's why I still think we need to break up. He just doesn't like me any more.

Seems a bit mean and inconsiderate. If it's girls and guys, he really should take you along!

However, doing things seperately from each other can be healthy for a couple. But never spending time together any more is just insane!

yeah, that's the thing... he doesn't invite me to anything and I barely see him these days. We might see each other once a week these days but I don't count Friday because it wasn't planned and his intentions weren't to see me that night... I was mad at him but I didn't want to ruin the night so I treated him nicely.

You should sit him down and ask him what he wants. You can't have a girlfriend and then pretend she doesn't exist six days out of seven. Seems like he only wants you around when he needs you, but when you need him, that doesn't matter much. Respect is a two way street. Time to demand some more!

I know that, and I've spoken to him any times but I don't think he understands me. For example, yesterday, I asked him if he knew why I was mad at him on Friday and he said, "It's because I didn't invite you to go clubbing with me on my friends birthday.." but nothing more. He knows but he doesn't care. You are right, he does only want me when he needs me but ... he doesn't need me so it's even worse. That's why I feel like it's over. I put in so much and receive nothing, and it's not fair any more. I think it's over but I poking a dead horse with a stick... sticking around for another two weeks so that I won;t do poorly on exams being stress about a break up. I'll probably dump him after the next two weeks and I have my 4 week vacation at Honduras to get my mind off things. I'll probably be fine by the time I come back.

Sometimes a clean break is the only thing left to do...

I never used to invite my gf clubbing either, but that was because we listened to different genres (electronica vs rnb) and I didn't really like her seeing me off my chops
