my least favorite is Kelly (weird face) and Camille.  Blake is hot but I would put her 3rd to last

Out of the 30 most polluted cities in Latin America, 25 are in Chile. Though Santiago's comunes are listed here as separate cities, so it would really be 19 cities.

And I'm not proud at all of my hometown's placement  

^  I would have expected more Brazilian cities, and more of the larger cities in South America.

Is it because of the topography?  Bowl-shaped mountains and "cirques"?

The most polluted town in France is Grenoble and it's because of the bowl-shaped mountains around (it retains the pollution).
