You're not wrong about the controversy being relatively well known, but as one of those long term fans the lawsuit you're mentioning is news to me. Is it public knowledge? Please don't post what the lawsuit was about if it isn't.

Yeah, never heard anything about that either. new member, first post making those claims seems..well I'm pressing doubt there. I think if anything she wanted to keep it quiet and the photog also never made a statement to my knowledge.

lmao stop making shit up she has done partial see-through more than a couple of times with different photographers very recently. Here are a couple of examples. There are some on her sunroom as well that I haven't posted.
Let's take a step back at getting angry at each over to that extinct, @hwong ... The photo posted *was* fake. While I do agree with you that she continues to do risque sheer and form fitting, I believe @Franko is referencing the completely transparent gooseberry intimates top Clint put her in when she was 13, posted and removed on this thread on the first page. I'm not inclined to agree with Franko that the controversy from it will completely disincline her from doing transparent or bare in the future, but we've not seen her do anything as remotely that transparent since. Closest thing I can think of is a lacy blue bra she put up for sale on depop and immediately took down... though not fast enough for it's propagation on the Internet.

i mean its public knowledge if you happen to see emily and that other guys story not long after emily turned 18 (so maybe 13 months ago) they both posted stories that hinted at it and ever since that day that cant do any shoot without the law being around
