Nothing wrong with small breasts! I'm certainly not flat, but I would consider mine in the "small" category (they are a 34B). For me, medium size would be a C cup or a small D cup. Large would be a full D cup and bigger. Completely flat would be A cup or less, IMO. But everyone has different tastes. Compared to Marisa and Laetitia, I probably look flat.
