That’s what i thought! but the year of advertising says 1996

Case solved--it's a pic from 1988 or so, by Clive Arrowsmith, used again in 1996

Apologies! Yes, it's Fall 1997, not 1998. However it is not an actual fashion show, but rather presentation of Yves Saint Laurent's FW 1997 collection. The actual fashion show had a completely different setting, background and Heather's outfits were worn by other models.
