Thanks for this, but this is Netherlands, not Belgium. Belgian begun publishing in 2003.
And i collect supplements also, but do not count them, only big magazines.
So with this one, it counts to 70 Elle covers.

you need to take out one cover from your collage, because you put it twice and it is the same cover...you just have 2 different scans/snaps. I found another one you miss from this list, it is Elle Australia 12/1994, here is my scan:
