a full face covered with makeup is unattractive, unless he's in theatre, well that's reasonable

I think a guy who has a little make-up on is not that bad.

But when they go overboard, then I think its bad.

A good example of a bad make-up job is Jared Leto from 30 seconds to Mars. He over does it BIG time.
