oh god..i just found a pic of river dead in his coffin. its not pretty .. heartbreaking
That's a cute picture of him with a parrot. It reminded me, I recently found out that he was a vegan since he was 7 and dedicated to animal rights activism. (and so is his brother). Never knew that. He was 23 when he died, so sad.

So suprised that there is such a tiny River Phoenix thread here. I will need to take some time to update it.
For a start, here are some previously unreleased Bruce Weber pictures of the forever beautiful River, who I hold so dear to my heart. He lived a short life, but he dedicated his life to good, and he's changed who I am because of that:

In an hour and 46 minutes ( for me) it will have been 16 years exactly since River's time of death. I just want to give a tribute to River, and say thank you or all he has given me, and all that he gave the world, through his constant advocation of animal rights, human rights, veganism, and the goodness of the soul...
I pray that he continues to rest with peace and love. River lived and he was beautiful. River is forever beautiful. He is a waterfall.
