To me, there is no greater JP film 📽️!

^But... Russell won the oscar. He maybe lost everything in the movie but he won against Joaquin afterall LOL That's kinda ironic the longer I think about it. I know they weren't nominated in the same category but still.
But yeah this movie is iconic and so are both perfomances.

Yeah, but in the States, @Jade Bahr, heavy always looses, as Quentin would put it. In my opinion Commodus was the sorriest out of all the egocentric emperors Rome has ever bore. Dulling blades to pretend you are a renowned and ornamented fighter? That spells punk to me. But nonetheless, Joaquin was the best damn Commodus there ever was. Well, Aaron Jakubenko did alright. I wouldn't have minded to see Joaquin get acknowledged by the Academy for this one.

This is one that I really like. And I am unsure, if any of these pics have been previously posted. If so, sorry 😐.
I went to see Beau is Afraid because I like JP and think he is a fantastic actor but that movie was a hot mess. I didn't like it, I didn't understand it and I was upset with the director for making it 3 hours long.

Won't save him from punishment he deserves

Waiting for more stories about Joaquin's unprofessionalism to come out. On the other hand, James was perfect in this role and the fact that he had little time to prepare adds points👍🏻
