one quick question. i couldn't edit the majority of the vid's i have of lima. can u send ur installer of quicktime pro? this is reallllly annoying how i have to export the WHOLE vid, in order to choose a selection of the vid i want.

It's a matter with quicktime. I guess you're trying to edit mpeg videos, right? You need an mpeg splitter to choose your selection and then export it with QT. I gave some links previously in this thread.

To get QT pro, you have to buy a key. There's no installer for that version. You donwload and install QT and then upgrade to pro thanks to a Serial Number.

Which OS are you running? If you're under Windows you can use BSplayer with the Neo's method.

well im tryin to do it woth avi's mpegs, the whole nine yards. the only one i can "select copy and paste" with are the mp4's. lol can i have ur key?

My key allows me to export avi to image sequence. If u can already do that, you don't need to get a key anymore.

Key or not key, QT can't extract a part of an mpeg video.

Imageready is part of Adobe Photoshop CS, right? Because I can't find Imageready on its own as a download

Woohoo, I made one. I thought it was gonna be more difficult.

Only problem is I need to make it a bit shorter I think, file size came out at 800kb or so. I guess I could just use it the way it is.

Thanks Neo I tried your method, by pausing BS player and pressing >> and nothing happens, it stays paused in the same frame. Am I doing something wrong?

it works on some vids...like sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt.

I'm sure u all know the animated gifs that etc made. He made it thanks to Ulead GIF Animator 5. I can't try it since it's a PC soft but it seems to be very simple to use.
