^^ she is not his girlfriend, what happened in South Africa was Iker come across as very rude during an interview or encounter with her and he wanted to apologise about it cause he didn't mean it so he sent her flowers with a note of apology. 
but the press found out and turned it into a love interest from Iker.
His girlfriend from the photos is called Ana Medinabeitia Dominguez, she's 26 and is from Caceres.
