I seriously don't get this anti-carb obsession of you ppl.

I guess it's the new "US this season diet" or something. Oh yes, not eating carbs will get you to lose weight. Just like the atkins diet and whatever weird other diets there are out there. But it's not the sollution.

Fact is, there is no MAGICAL diet. Only way to lose weight, keep it off and look better is to have a well balanced diet and try to keep your hands off the good stuff (chocolate cakes for example) and excerise more.

That's it. Carbs are alright. I eat bread, potatoes and rice and I'm losing weight. I just stopped eating chips, chocolate, candy and started eating more veggies instead. And I excersize a lot. And drink a shitload of water.

Oh, yeah this is lullaby's thread, so I'll quit boring her (and the rest of you) with my diet philosophy. Btw, I love ur sig! I don't know the pics, could you tell me where they're posted?

I subscribe to Maxie's philosophy: Eat balanced and varied. Work out enough. Entertain Lullaby isntead of talking about boring things.

Maxie is right. All you have to do is eat a balanced diet and work out on a regular basis. That's what I've been doing and I've lost some weight. I haven't been eating super healthy ( I don't think I could ever eat completely healthy ), but excerise and water are key.

i cant do that...if im tired in the afternoon i cant sleep cuz i know i wont be able to sleep at night if i sleep in the afternoon

that has happened to me a few times....and hurts when i wake up though cuz i dont take out my contacts cuz im too lazy and it gets all blurry when i wake up and my eyes wont adjust to it.
