Thank you! This is the first time I heared her voice. It suits her.
Her voice isn't too high-pitched or shrill, and it sounds a little hoarse. But I think it's the same tone as in the other video. It's just that she's more relaxed in the other video, so her voice sounds deeper. In the other video, her speaking voice reminds me of Selena Gomez.

She has a very pleasant voice. Its present, and indeed a bit raspy/hoarse, but has character. The timbre reminds me a bit of a higher pitched 'Robin Buckley'.
The swedish accent is adorable!

100% typical Swedish accent, quite noticeable but less pronounced than in video from 4 years ago, I suppose she had some practice. The signature of Swedish accent is the very soft T and emphasis on last consonant, so that "look" becomes "looKh" and "bag" becomes "bagh", check out Denice Andree Youtube channel, she's from Sweden and has exactly the same accent.
