Is it really Janette? I think she did work in the 80s, I haven't seen photos of her from the 90s and this one is from 1994. Plus, her lips are quite full and this model's lips look thinner. 

I found this ID some years ago in web, but I never saw this cover in a good size. Maybe can be wrong!

I think you are right, don´t look like her. The eyes, the lips, and I think this girl is too young...

As Tasha's fan I can definitely say it's not her, although she did start in late 80's and walked her first runway in 1989.
