ok, my work out schedule for stomach

1. Place your hands behind your bent knees and contracts your abs to pull your knees and torso together. Three sets of 24

2. Lying on your back, lower both knees to your left, keeping your torso stright, then raise your shoulders off the ground, holding for one count. Repeat 72 times.

3. Lying on the floor extend your arms overhead and raise your legs and arms as high as you can, holding for two seconds. Three sets of 12
