They have too. Within 24 hours. But i always get replies within an hour. If you are not satisfied with the customer service, you can report it, if the reporters pass the limit, the person will be fired.

I agree. VS has a bit of a hierarchy based on who has been with the company for the longest. If you look at the opening segments of the last three fashion shows where they list the angels, Adriana's name has always come before Alessandra. I doubt that's a coincidence. Alessandra might do more catalogue shoots, but if VS follows their usual pattern, then I'm expecting to see them promote Adriana more.

As for the other angels - it's time for Heidi to go (like, seriously go) She doesn't do catalogues anymore, and she's been moving more and more into other areas. It's time for her to call it a wrap. I think it's a safe bet that Miranda's an angel now, and I'd like to see them stick with that line-up (Adriana, Alessandra, Karolina, Selita, Izabel, and Miranda) for a few years. There's no need to bring on 5 new faces. They should really promote the ones they have already.

The New York Post is reporting this morning that Gisele is in negotiations with H & M for her own lingerie line! They sopposedly are waiting for the VS contract to be over for legal reasons.

Miranda Kerr is great - i'm so happy she's the new angel! She's got a great personality and attitude, let alone a kickass body and cute face! Love her! No one is going to like her because she isn't Gisele which is a bit ridiculous in my opinion, Gisele was always going to move on and someone will take her place in status and ability one day!
