Gisele Bundchen is learning how to fly the friendly skies.

Taking a cue from avid flyer Angelina Jolie, the Brazilian beauty, who is expecting her first child with husband Tom Brady next month, is reportedly in the home stretch of earning her pilot's license, People.com reports.

"Gisele hasn't finished her license yet, but she did pass her written exam," says Keith Douglass, president of Shoreline Aviation, a company that provides private jets and aviation lessons. "Now, there's one more step along the way, the practical exam [in the air], which is coming up in another week."

Despite having only one month left before her due date to give birth, the 29-year-old isn't slowing down.

"She's very dedicated," Douglass added. "Flying a helicopter isn't easy – it's a handful, because you can't stop flying and just cruise, but she's doing great."

Though she continues to fly "at least three days a week," Bundchen will soon face an obstacle: her expanding baby bump.

"She's almost to a point where she's too big to be flying," Douglass said. "She needs to be able to move the rudder around and she's getting there."

While some skeptics are dubious on the safety of having a pregnant woman fly, Douglass says the Brazilian bombshell is out of harm's way.

"We have pilots that fly right up to the end," he said. "She doesn't go very high, maybe 500 feet or 1,000 feet, which is nothing. She's always close and can get down quickly if she needs to."

I just saw something about this on Channel 5, but I can't locate the video on its website. Maybe someone else can find it Anyways, I found a article about it. It is from the Boston Herald, which is a tabloid newspaper, so I am not sure how reliable this "news" is---could very well be a rumor...

Gisele Bundchen, aka Mrs. Tom Brady [stats], has reportedly asked her ex's mother, Irmelin DiCaprio, to be her baby's godmother.

"They get along so well, Gisele really wants Irmelin to be around her daughter," a source told the National Enquirer .

Call us skeptical. Because no matter how close Leo's mom and Gisele are, the Brazilian supermodel, whose baby is due next month, does have a twin sister, Patricia, with whom she's very close, plus four other sisters.

Then there's the baby's father - remember him? - who has three older sisters whom he adores. No. 12 is said "to be unimpressed by the choice." Quelle surprise.

"Tom usually lets Gisele have her way, but he might take a stand on this issue," said the tabloid tattler. "Family is very important to him."

And besides, it's her ex-boyfriend's mother!

There's another Brady in the bunch.

Sources tell PEOPLE that Gisele Bündchen and husband Tom Brady welcomed a baby boy. Details of the birth and the baby's name have not been disclosed.

Bündchen, 29, and New England Patriots quarterback Brady, 32, were married in a private ceremony in February in Los Angeles. In April, they held a follow-up wedding for friends and family at Bündchen's Costa Rican estate.

The child is the first for the Brazilian supermodel. Brady has a 2-year-old son, Jack, with actress Bridget Moynahan.

Brady had said earlier this month that he was aware of the baby's gender, but that Bündchen preferred not to know.

"She's a very intelligent woman," he said. "I wanted to find out and she didn’t, so she said, 'Go ahead.' It will be a surprise for her."

Reps could not be reached for comment.
