YES!! It's Angela Perzow!! She looks VERY, Very much like Stephanie Kommer in some pics...and I even misidentified this CP Shades image as Stephanie, but it's also Angela Perzow.

Unfortunately not. Bazaar Germany sometimes only wrote the first name and no last name of the cover model. But we can try to find at Marlowe Press a Rachel that looks like her.
