I have no idea what the right date of these covers are. The cover says May 1985, the cover-look April 1985 and at the spine is "3/85" written. I don´t get this system.

It was a mistake, repeated in other issues of the year. I'm sorry because I know how much work they put into each edition... Unfortunately the next number contains errors and it is difficult to establish the correct sequence.Estetica was at the time a monthly magazine, with many supplements, special editions etc.

You know, the production of fashion and beauty magazines in Italy in those years was extraordinary in number and graphic quality. I knew the lady who managed their printing house and I can assure you that she was very demanding, a mistake like this was not contemplated. I remember her cutting judgments on the magazines of the time...

The basic edition was bimonthly, so for example 03-85 would be May-June but there are the off-springs, among these the French or English editions that they started to make a few years later... It's a jungle of mags.
