I would say Jacki Adams but she has darker eyes of indefinable color.Light colored lenses on darker eyes gave, at least in those years, a distinctively fake effect that I don't see in this pic.

That's right, it looks like her, but there are a few noticeable differences which makes it hard to tell whether it's her or not.

Thanks guys, but I think she´s Liz Adams. I just posted another OVER21 cover in her topic and here the color of the eyes and hair fits.
