This popped in my insta search thing, I've never seen this woman before and I don't care about her, but isn't early for this to be out? The last day I remembered to check this announcements they were at my 3PM and now it's 1:22PM and there's a new girl already? I'm confused

In the US we already changed into summer time zone, probably that's why
