How can you judge someone's personality you don't know personally?

lots of ppl haven't met their fav models and they still say "oh she's the greatest" "her personality is amazing"

"she's funny" "she's nice" "she's down to earth" & so many things.

I have a question, cuz I don´t understand that 3 votes thing!! I voted for Ale, I gave her my 3 votes, so does it mean I can´t vote ANYMORE or I can´t vote just in this "best personality" category??

How can you judge these ppl based on personality? You can't truly judge them unless you know them.. HOWEVER you can always judge based on the public persona they put out via TV, Video, Runway, Interviews ect.
