This feels like a different model to me. Could be wrong but her jaw shape seems different, moles in different places, bust size etc. No idea who it could be though!

Also Getty has this show as "Fatima Lopes Fall-Winter Ready To Wear Paris Fashion Week On February 28Th, 2005 In Paris, France" rather than F/W 2003.
