She's only nineteen and he just turned eighteen so he's legal.

Yea she does look like she's in her twenties, but she told MTV when she was on the under 20 ID club thing they put on here. She said she just turned nineteen, and bow wow's birthday was a while back and he was like "i'm eighteen now so I'm legal." so I don't know people are known for lying about their ages. So it's possible he's like 17

I heard the same thing. Something along the lines that she was born a boy and girl, and they had to do this operation and they picked for her to be a girl. something crazy like that.

Bow Wow was born in March 1987, so he is 18 years old. Ciara was born October 4th, 1985, so she's 20.
