Well... How to explain it in English
My mother is a weird character. Our relationship is now better than it ever was b/c she loved my brother more than me an made me feel it. She didn't meant to, she just did (and I'm not seeing things, it's real). These days we can talk a lot better and now she starts to live her own life again - after the divorce she went through deep depression (well, she had some before too, but then she let them come) and moves into another city 
I'm glad she is doing sth for herself and works again.
I went to my father b/c he isn't that complicated, he gives me rules and I have to follow, that's easier. But I can also discuss with him without being careful to hurt him or give him suicide-thoughts.
And it was healthier for all of us. My brother came with me, btw.
I am very glad that I had the chance to decide by myself. B/c sometimes the mother isn't good for the child but the father is. That's why I become really hurt when ppl say "children belong to the mother". It really depends on the situation.
