I mentioned that people made that interpretation earlier.

Seems silly to me. This new team is made up out of Witcher veterans and CDPR never was a very "woke" company.

I thought it to mean a recreation in a next-gen engine, not that they would change the tone of the original games.

If you actually read my post (which I'm sure you did), you noticed that the words used were "can be" and "I hope I'm wrong"...

Anyway, I hope your confident affirmation is correct. But if it's not, I wonder if you'll be there to tell us that "black pansexual transgender knights are totally fitting the lore" and that we're bigots if we disagree with that....

I remember this guy Kenji from Ghost of Tsushima. He was funny. Well written like many characters in this game.

Maybe I should buy the Iki Island expansion one day.

I hear Gotham Knights is far from being perfect... it seems to be an average game, but I still kinda like it.

Did you like the Arkham asylum series? Those were great.  i miss the Nolan batman craze.  The games and comics were part of it.

Oh FFS, these are many of the people who worked on Wild Hunt. Unless they have changed considerably since then, I doubt trashing the entire tone of the original games is their goal.

The thing I hate the most about culture wars nonsense is that literally everything has to be made about it. I cannot look forward to playing the original game in an updated engine apparently.

are there any pictures of the W3 with Next gen update?

That's exactly what I hate about it too. And I've said that many times, including when we discussed CRT. The goal of the woke supremacists is to make everything about their culture war.

And when normal people (like us) are shocked about it, then the blame-shifting happens...

"Once bitten, twice shy" is very reasonable after the culture war trashed so many of our IPs, including the last of us, marvel, star wars, etc.

The culture war is everywhere because the woke sect put it everywhere.

"Just leave our IPs out of your culture war" is exactly what we've been asking, ask and will ask.

Yes, I loved it. Great games, that's why I want to play Gotham knights, even if it's not perfect.

I miss these games. Just talking about it makes me want to watch them on youtube.  They were really well written and really good.

The voice actors were the same excellent people who did the Batman TV show in the 1990s.

The thing that stands out to me about Gotham Knights is that visually it doesn't look that much more impressive than its predecessors? I have seen some fun-looking gameplay.

The trailer looks pretty fun.  I like how there are a lot of different characters. 

 I have the exact same jacket that Leon's wearing.
