^ listen to her cover of "Enemy" by Imagine Dragons in this last video you shared. She has trouble keeping her breath.

I watched the CDPR Ciri trailer a few times and had a 'what -if'.  This trailer would be a decent live -action trailer for a Witcher 3 TV series.

@SympathysSilhouette  @Enrico_sw

The Ciri mod is a good rewriting of the 'bad' ending for the Witcher 3.  So after Ciri becomes a witcher, Geralt and her destroy the last crone.  It uses all in-game voice acting and assets.  I liked the added dialogue, it's a good and lore consistent addition to the ending of the Witcher 3.

Ah yes, I've seen it before (precisely on xletalis channel). I didn't have it in my playthrough, cause I finished the game, then I played HoS, then after I finished it I played B&W, without mixing the two universes.

Regis is one of those great characters. The discussions with him are always awesome.

I haven't heard of it. Is this an official CDPR mod or a fan mod?

She's not bad, but she's not very good either. I used to sing (not much any more), but it's fairly notable when she's out of tune (though her singing in this video aren't the worst). She also puts way too much reverb, it sounds unnatural.

Maybe it was a bit harsh from me to say she sings "badly": her posture is good, she seems to have some lung capacity, her sense of rhythm is alright (not always), so she has potential, but if she learnt singing techniques (to manage her breath better for example), her singing could be improved (a lot).

(oh, and did I mention too much reverb? )

She seems to have few viewers, so I'm sure she'd reply if you interacted with her. Have you already discussed with her?

where did you sing? at school, church or in college?

I listened to her stuff and yes, she does run out of breath a lot.  I think you are right that this woman is the type that could be really good if she got trained.

I haven't responded to any of her videos, I haven't watched them enough yet.

Interesting how CDPR covered all the possibities- if the player tries B and L before finishing H of S they even recorded lines for all the characters about the scar on Geralt's face.

This is a fan mod, just re-arranging all existing assets to end the crones story.

He is like that in the books.  Almost absurdly pedantic and sees/notices everything and explains it in an academic way lol.  So in that way it's easy to imagine him as a vampire who lived hundreds of years but still has an ego and in love with the sound of his own voice.   Basically he is a vampire professor.

Also about singing, how long do you think it takes to get better? I heard that the voice is basically like any other muscular system.  Months, and then years of practice are needed so the person's whole body and musculature adjusts for peak performance.

As I am recording youtube videos I definitely find the activity really straining my vocal cords.  I am not used to talking so long and in such an animated manner all at once.

This is the regis statue. Excellent too.  The hands and head can be removed and swapped with the vampire form.

It was $60 but now is out of production and is hundreds of dollars

I'd say the old 10,000 hours rule to become an expert is true

Jokes aside: if you want to see improvement, I think that the first months are going to show great progresses, then slowly over the years (but I don't know your history, so it's a guess).

It's a non-linear process: usually very fast at the beginning and then progressively slower (with an asymptote somewhere)...  but sometimes your body suddenly understand new things, then the progress might look like a stepped curve.

This happened to me a lot in martial arts (I stagnated then my body understood sth and I improved).

For singing: a teacher can help a lot! (or books/videos, but with a teacher you get a feedback loop)

@Enrico_sw  Lizz has a good figure too.  Her husband is lucky

LIZZ (@ttvlizz) • Instagram photos and videos

What is your favorite armor (aesthetically) for Geralt in the witcher 3?  For me it's actually the Toussiant knight armor, mandicore (makes Geralt look like Indiana Jones like), the blue feline armor, and the bog standard green tunic in Velen (makes him look like an ordinary person).

I looked at the Dark Horse website and the Grandmaster Ursine  is the 4th most popular statue and the most popular witcher statue produced by the company.  The armor is fine but it doesn't fit him in my opinion, makes him look like he's going to war as part of an army rather than being a witcher.

The positive thing about this figure though is that it is more anatomically correct than the original Geralt figure.  The figure is a little taller, his head is bigger/wider and body is larger.  However the face has a mean look to it that I don't like.

People like the Dead Space Remake.  It is significantly improved over the original.

I like the Ursine armor! The grandmaster Cat armor (with the hood) and Griffin armor as well (even though Gerlat looks a bit fat in the Griffin one).

I think the Toussaint Ducal Guard Captain's armor is pretty good too.

This is Ciri with no makeup (huge difference)

I wonder what was the story behind CDPR wanting to give Ciri Joker eyeliner. In the books there is passage where she makes eyeliner out of black oil but IIRC it only happens once.

""When he saw her, he drew back in fright and inhaled sharply. She had mixed with goose fat, soot from the fire place, making a thick mass which see used to blacken her eye sockets and eyelids, extending the lines out across her temples and to her ears. She looked like a demon."
