I think its more so an extremist religious group in India that does these petitions against simple little kisses and anything like that. I think the majority of the people are open minded or are becoming open minded, especially the growing middle class. But yeah those religious extremists are a pain in the *** Its all politically motivated though, thats why politics sucks. I didnt hear her actually going to court though, I just heard of a petition that the fundamentalist religious group filed against her.

Indians are sick

lol, how is it sick that a certain group is against kissing or sex in cinema? hmm. People have a right to be conservative as much as they have a right to be liberal. It's not like they stoned her to death, like in some places. If anything it was settled civilly, the case was dismissed. India has it's share of ridiculous lawsuits, like any other country. Remember the Judge who sued, for 54 million dollars, a dry cleaner about a missing pair of pants? I don't think that case makes Americans sick! Because it was a joke, and the judge knew it wasn't going anywhere. Some people would consider porn industries in the west to be sick and morally wrong. Including religious groups in those countries, so what? One group sueing about a kiss don't mean, over 1 billion people will agree with them. And they don't since they lost their case. You need to grow up.
