Amber69, thanks a million for the HQ scans of Ash in Cannes. I think it would be fair to say that this year Ash has stolen Laetitia's thunder. Guess its 3rd time lucky for her. She was panned by the media for her atrocious dresses the last 2 years. I think Ash has got it right this time. What a bonanza for us! Two of the most gorgeous women in the world in the same photograph. 
BTW, in the pic where Ash in a white gown is waving to the photographers there is a lady in a saree. That's Ash's mom, Mrs. Vrinda Rai. Looking at her, it isn't too difficult to guess where Ash gets her looks from!

I tihnk her mom looks like her when she was younger. If you go on her websites, there are pics of her mother and her together but with short hair. The problem is you have to frame the face and you can very well see similar features, the fine nose and high cheekbones, short hair usually reuins a face.. I find her mom to be beautiful when she was younger. But of course Ash is just out of this world 
A lot of these look really similar but the newer ones are usually of better quality.
