One shot from the fabulous 1987 French VOGUE I've seen on eBay previously. 
Sadly, I only have this single shot (I know there is at least one more that was published.) I'm going to guess that Patrick Demarchelier was probably the photographer, but I could definitely be wrong. The dress is Givenchy by Mancini. Ultra 80s right there!
