i've just watched That Hamilton woman, she's incredibly beautiful in it, but i'm unhappy with her performance there , it's a shadow of Scarlett O'hara

Vivien looked breathtakingly beautiful in "That Hamilton Woman" - which is not really a surprise to me since the cinematographer was Rudy Maté who also framed my beloved Rita Hayworth so wonderfully in several films at Columbia, most famously in "Gilda!"

I watched Gone With the Wind again yesterday, and I am still floored by Vivien's acting abilities. Not only is she gorgeous, but she has talent to back it up. I don't think any modern actresses could hold a candle to her.

I can stay that Waterloo Bridge is my second favorite Vivien movie, her act in WB is completely different from GWTW, and her look in the movie....so beautiful and elegant
