![]()
Well, there's only the lucky men she dated who would know that ![]()
![]()
true dat!
so what is she still a Vergin? ![]()

Gawd, not the virgin topic again ![]()
Tahahaha ![]()
so cypress what you been doing lately?

Trying to update my freaking website, school, work, sleep ![]()
yea i can;t wait for the site cyp ![]()
work, u lucky person! <_<
im still on the search ![]()
and how did u like the little shrine?

I'm only making GIF's of Adri, Tash, Doutzy, Miranda, Zhenya, Rockyy Z, Flavs, and Gbunds since Andrea's already doing HIT ![]()
For the next two week, I will have 2 jobs since I turned in my resignation letter today for Ben & Jerry's and I start my training for Hollister next week.
I'm sure you'll find something ![]()
Oh so now you admit it being a shrine ![]()
well good luck cyp's
how long do u have to work at B&J's?
training for hollister? what training could there possibly be? ![]()
haha its not a shrine, but thats the only thing i can say so you'll know what im talking about

What do you mean "How long do you have to work at B&J's?"? ![]()
Ok, so there's two possible positions you can take. One is being the model (cashier, greets the costumers, have to be outgoing, etc.).
The second is the impact (stock room, folding clothes, putting the censors on, the size stickers, etc.) I didn't know what to say so I just said I'll take the impact job but instead, she
wrote Model on my work permit
So I guess now, I'll be training for both ![]()
Ahaha ok. Well, it looks fine to me. I never actually seen anybody with a shrine though ![]()
like how much longer until ur job is done at benandjen's?
wow, id totally pick stock, don't have to deal with dumbass customer's ![]()
impact sounds so AWESOME! thats what i wannabe im always looking to be a stock boy
but why do u have to train?
ok cypress can u tell me what do u do on the first day of work, like how do u know what your suppose to do? like what did u do on ur first day's of work?
haha but its not a shrine!

Well, I wrote "Although I have thoroughly enjoyed the past four months I spent as an
employee at Ben & Jerry's, my last day will be two weeks from today which will be on September 19, 2007." ![]()
I think the Model job would fit me better
Impact sounds boring though now
that I think about it and seeing how the back looks
Why? So you can ring up a costumer right, so you know how
to work the cash register, so you know how to fold the clothes the way the company wants is to.
First day is always going to be training. My first day at B&J's was like this:
-Learn what the heck was sorbet
-Know what each ice cream flavor has in it since costumers always ask "What's in the...?" <_<
-Scooping the ice cream the right way
-Memorizing where every single ice cream flavor was
-Making the smoothies and the "legendary milkshakes" right
-Making waffle cones
-Washing the blenders
And a whole bunch of other stuff ![]()
I know but that's the first thing that came into my mind. I'm sure others will think that too ![]()
![]()
if i get an irritating customer, id be like, GET TO THE BACK OF THE LINE!
they ask whats in it? stupid people, thats gonna make u work harder, inconsiderate dumbasses <_<
but did sumone tell u what to do?
so after the first day, how did u know what to do for the rest of ur time there?

Of course there was more to that letter ![]()
It does get annoying at times. Especially, when they ask what's in Dublin Mudslide. I always ask the shift leader what's in it ![]()
What really irritates me is when it's really busy and they form the line on the wrong side. We have this huge sign above the cash register
that says "Line starts here" with the finger pointing down. But noooooo, they can't see it so now we have 3 different lines and people
get pissed off when they aren't being helped next <_<
There's always going to someone in charge of the store if you just started. In that case, it would be a shift leader or a manager.
Two weeks ago, I opened the store by myself and was in charge of it until the shift leader and another employee came in around 2.
Just take the costumers order. Easy.
