couldn’t even finish it it was so boring, would rather watch paint dry. and to think at the time i thought some of the more recent vsfs were bad — in comparison to this, they were oscar winning movies lmao

none of the models were bad, it just wasn’t a runway show. it was them dancing around cameras in different locations cut between documentary style clips of different artists. if you love a b grade netflix documentary and some artistic camera movement then maybe you’ll like it more than me 🫣

VS The Tour 2023: Models Only (24:30)
⚠️NOTE⚠️ I worked very hard on this video!!! As common courtesy and basic human decency,

To save you all time, I captured and edited the "documentary" to only parts containing models (that's all we care really care about anyway).
Here is the link to the video. Again, please credit me if you are going to post, share, or use this video — this includes, but not limited to, social media.
Not going to name names unless I have to, but I know there are folks here who posted the UHQ photos (and a lot of other content) without crediting when asked. Please don't be one of those asshole. Anyway, enjoy this shit-show

Interesting review from a Washington Post columnist, one of those who wanted VS to go into the inclusion direction:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/style/fashion/2023/09/26/victorias-secret-fashion-show-world-tour-film-jennyfax/

If that all sounds a bit vague and unfocused, that’s because it is. The film is part extended fashion show-as-music video, part gonzo experimental documentary, part cringingly unfunny Gigi Hadid voice-over open-mic hour. And perhaps more critically, the abandonment of every last vestige of the old format muddles the message about how exactly the brand has changed its philosophy; one wonders watching “The Tour” if Victoria’s Secret thought the joyful, cartoonish sex appeal itself was more of a problem than the insistence that only a select few types and sizes of people are sexy. (To its credit, “The Tour” does feature a much more diverse array of models.)

She liked the end, where they were wearing mashups of past VS undergarments like a quilt, but that was it.

Overall, I would agree with the assessment though, they can never go full inclusion like Aerie, Venus, AdoreMe, etc. but they feel the need to appeal to more body types of women. I don't think this will happen next year.

I honestly think VS purposely went to the extreme and over-the-top  ridiculous with this whole thing as a “f*ck you” and mockery to those who were criticizing them about their lack of diversity and inclusivity. Don’t get me wrong, I am all for (and actually encourage) inclusivity and diversity but the way VS is approaching this seems suspiciously ironic and satirical.

The whole show was disconnect and disjointed. It was like random things were thrown together and boxes were checked haphazardly. Some parts were ok individually but together it was a confusing and incohesive mess.

Thanks @PinkCouture, the whole thing was worse than I expected. I wouldn't be surprised if it's just a handful of us to relive the old days .  Even the marketing for the documentary was subpar.

I just watched @PinkCouture's edited version.  It was horrible.  The 10 seconds of Taylor was about the only good thing.
