I'm actually making an offer on a cute, 1945 Bungalow today. I hope everything goes as planned! It's SO cute. It needs some cosmetic work (new paint, new carpet/floors) and it will eventually need new vinyl windows because it still has the old, drafty ones in it. But that's stuff I can do along the way. But I'm SO excited!!!

It has been awfully stressful. I've been having nightmares and I think I've officially made myself sick with worry (coming down with a sore throat and a cough now) and all this stress of buying a house and making sure it's right for me. But I'm excited!!

I really did make myself sick! I was at work yesterday with a fever and I had a fever last night and early this morning, so I'm staying home from work today to rest and get better.

I offered the seller (the seller is actually a church that owns it) $175,000 for the house, it was listed at $189,900. So, I hope they'll take the offer, if not, we can negotiate. I'm super excited and very nervous!!!
