"Who Owns My Heart" is up for European release only. As for the second single Stateside, Miley reportedly chose "Two More Lonely People".
Also demnach wird es 2 verschiedene Single Veröffentlichungen geben. "Who Owns My Heart" für Europa und "Two More Lonely People"
vorraussichtlich für die USA. Ob es für die Single der USA auch ein Video geben wird ist derzeit noch nicht bekannt und ob man es auch in der
EU kaufen kann ebenfalls nicht.
