as far as I know, the scanner in from Germany where the Russian Vogue is printed, that's why...but another guy from another place also saw it...it's so weird when the mag is out everywhere except for its country. I am so saddened I didn't find it. I prefer to buy a magazine when I do not know what's inside, but when we have scans it's not that exciting to see through your own mag, you know?
