The only decision is to change your attitude to these things. Chocolate was like a biggest passion for me, but now it's different, I love it of course but not like before. I just changed my attitude to food in general and now for me it's easier to say no to some things.

U can actually eat everything but not every day or in small portions, or for example, dark chocolate (instead of milk chocolate) and so on. Or u may have a "everything is allowed to eat" day once a week.

I know when it comes to these disorders, you are the only one who can help yourself, this advice from other people does nothing
