In Russia it's not a strange thing when children (or not really children anymore) don't work while studing at university. It's not very good to live on parent's neck tho

I would say, here is similar. I mean, when sb comes to study to a big city, this person have to work to pay for renting a flat and things like that. But to work as a high school student, it's not really popular. Maybe occasionally, at weekends or holidays. But if sb's at university, then he/she rather works. But I don't have any uni student friends to tell you how it is exactly.

Maybe, but not always. Look, Sasha and Agyness aren't that tall, and they didn't start to work as models at age 16, so I think you should try! What would you boost your confidence?
