And back on the VS thread we're talking about how Heidi Klum stole the show.. really she started it.. and every other 4 minutes she was popping into the picture.. did it get on everyone else's nerves as much as it did mine?

Oh it really did. I mean she was EVERYWHERE, and that god damn song she did with her hubby... all she did was catterwaul for three minutes... cause yanno, that's sexy.
I mean had they not bombarded us with so much unecessary crap: Angel Profiles, Road to the Runway, terrible editing I don't think Heidi would've bothered me as much. It just felt like (was like) we saw more of Heidi then we did runway and girls.
Was Prettyphile the only one who has voted in this poll of Alien vs. Predator vs. Heidi Klum ?!!

I still think my biggest thing about the show was the editing. The jumpin' all over the place, from here to there, and back and forth almost seriously gave me a panic attack! I thought I needed to get some meds! :brows:

That's right Heidi's 10th year thing....
Oh crap.... that means Lima's 10th year will be next year. If there's gonna do a tribute, I'm just not gonna watch the show at all, unless someone does courtesy cuts once it get's capped.

I know all about Gisele's contract and all that but, I really think she deserved a send-off! I think they should have done something in re: that. <_<

I liked 02-03 Lima.... after that I only liked Lima on the 05 runway. From 05, it's just been all down hill. But you know something? I forgot all about Gisele. I don't know. I think although her body was just stunningly amazing, and her strut kicked ass, she never popped for me. But alas, we all see different things in different girls.
Like Candice this year. She was cute, she was pretty, she was good. I personally, saw nothing too special. And then when I saw Michaela I pretty much did back-flips. lol

Exactly! I love her old days, when she didn't try so hard. (but that is my opinion, no offense to others)
And I think everybody has a different opinion on Gisele, and what defines beauty. ^.^ If we all liked the same person it would be a boring place lol.
Same thing with Izabel! (its mostly her personality I love) Hopefully the next show, won't be all hands in the air and corny music lol.
Not sure about Candice though, most of the girls this year could hardly walk the runway properly... She is cute, but I noticed

I think most people prefer old Lima. I'm certainly one of them too. But unlike 2006, I caught some glimpses of the old Lima at this year's show. Her body looked better and her energy was fantastic. Her walk in the last segment was probably my favorite walk of the entire show (I loved Candice too) so I'm crossing my fingers she will be back even stronger next year, at her 10th anniversary. I know she can do it

I don't see why VS would have given Gisele a proper send-off after she stopped working for them.
