online when you order them, yiou don't have to pay for them...but online you only get those sale catalogues not the original ones. @ the store im' sure you get the regular pretty ones

i mean original ones by the regular catalogs sold @ the stores.
when i ordered them online, since i'm not an angel member the only catalogs i get are the sale ones....but in the beginning i got regular ones.
but if you are an ANGEL member, you definitely get catalogs and also if you purhcase things online, when you get your shipment they also give you a couple catalogs

If you did have to pay then it would be $3, but if they ask you to pay I would go to another store and ask. I have never heard of anyone having to pay for the catalog 
Well i just ordered online and it says:
You will receive a catalogue within approximately
7-10 business days (U.S.) or 10-14 business days (outside the U.S.).
And i didn't have to pay either.
