it was inevitable, the lakers almost beat the suns, the clippers almost beat the suns, there was no way the mavericks would lose to the suns....the lakers and clippers are just average teams compared to the elite of the west at the moment and they almost beat the suns which are considered an elite team

you dont know..the Suns never looked like they would loose..they let them get one game after another..then they realised they had to get rid of the lakers, so they were 8th team to come back from a 3-1 down series..and so one, the suns are a great team now, but need to learn to shut out games and such and their now waiting for their All Star to come back..they will be better next year thats for sure

No, I didn't. I was hoping that the Clippers would beat the Suns, but I didn't make a prediction for the series that the Suns had with the Clippers or Lakers. When the Lakers went up 3-1, I thought the Lakers would win, as did most anybody else. Now you try to diss me for getting my prediction right this time?! :trout:

The Mavs have proven they are the best team in the western conference, no doubt about that. Maybe with Stoudemire healthy the series would've been longer, but I guess we'll never know.

The Mavs can play against fast teams, againt defensive teams, against anyone.. and they'll prove it too againt Miami.

GOCHO, you pretty much have everything covered. However, there are some things I'd like to add:1) I doubt that Dampier or Diop can do anything to stop Shaq. Therefore, the Spurs should focus on Wade. If the Spurs can shut down Wade, I doubt that any other Heat player, whether they are starters or players on the bench, can pick up the slack. 2)The Spurs have more scoring threats and a deeper bench. Even if Haslem can shut down

Nowitzki( ), Howard and Terry are still good scorers and can pick up the slack. Doubt they would have to, but if it happens, they could. Plus they got Stackhouse, and he can hit them 3's.
