RoboCop 2014 ok I liked it
Dallas Buyers Club: Some really heartbreaking moments and great acting, but a little too much of the one-sided politics. Obvious Oscar-bait, to a distracting degree.
Frozen: I don't like musicals but I liked Frozen. A lot more to this movie than the stupid snowman promos led me to believe. Plus, Elsa was kinda hot when she did her magical ice diva transformation. Kristen Bell did a good job.
Blue is the Warmest Colour: Favourite movie of 2013 despite the goofy title. For me, Adele epitomises true youth and beauty on every level, better than I've seen from any female in many years. Scarily accurate portrayal of what it's like to be deeply in love. Infamous sex scene was gratuitously long and the director is probably a creep.

Despicable Me 2- Never found these movies to be that funny, just cute. minions are the bomb though ![]()

Cool Runnings - I've always loved it

Vive la France - 5/10 it was okay, really not as great as i was told to be.

Friday the 13th Part 1-4
Love those movies. I have a lot of horror and watched Halloween also.
The originals btw. I have and seen the remakes but they are crap.

RED (2010)
8/10. The kind of movie/plot that can be silly and poor easily but this was very well done.

Monuments Men

^Thoughts? ![]()

The Conjuring 7/10 (2013)
Doesn't differ much from the standard exorcism/haunted genre but still well done.

^Thoughts?
With the cast it's packing and the fascinating true story behind it, it's a movie that could and should have been a cracker. It does have a certain easy-going charm that makes it very watchable, but it's no classic. ![]()

unfaithful. it was soooo good ![]()

Interesting! I know it was slated for an award season release but got moved..hmm.

Hotel Rwanda - 9/10. Such an amazing and powerful movie, also the acting was amazing.

^My teacher was telling us about that movie a while back. I been meaning to watch it one day especially since I heard such good things about it and I like films that really tell a story and really have meaning/message to them. Although I'm pretty sure it's going to be one of those movies that makes me cry my eyes out.
THG: Catching Fire: I really enjoyed it from the beginning to the end even more so than the first one. The acting was pretty good too especially from JLaw. I hope this streak continues with the franchise and the third one is just as good if not better than this one.
Ride Along: I thought was going to be kind of meh on this movie at first, but actually ended up really enjoying it. Kevin Hart was a mess and funny/silly as always
. Ice Cube was Ice Cube as always but, him and Kevin made a pretty good duo...... dare I say even a little better than him and Mike Epps.

unfaithful. it was soooo good
With Richard Gere and Diane LAne? I saw it too last night! It was very good, loved Olivier! He is so gorgeous with the long hair.

Its like Hangover for OAP's
....really funny and has some quite touching moments. Well worth the watch ![]()

Brutal insight into the struggles some families have to endure. Good film

Beetlejuice (1988) - 8/10 ![]()

^Love that one. It's one of those movies that I watch just about everytime I catch it on tv. ![]()
