Medicore movie with lots of cheesy moments and annyoing side plots/characters. But I like the way she's finding her way back.

Sweet and fun. Sometimes hot. Maybe not Call me by your name level of hot

but their Paris "making love" scene was... quite exceptional.

BM was a drama. RW&RB is a queer romcom. Is it predictable and cliché? Hell yes. But straight rom coms are predictable and cliché every time and no one is complaining about it.

I didn't realize (until yesterday) Morgan Freeman was playing the same character here and it's part of a crime book series. But I liked "Kiss the Girls" MUCH better. Also what happened to Monica Potter? I remember her in some movies and then she just disappeared?

Just bad. Not that I thought it would be good LOL

This from First Reformed (2017) director - Paul Schrader. Both movies belong to his "Man In a Room" trilogy. Loved both, The Card Counter (2021) from the same trilogy is on the list

I very much liked FIRST REFORMED. Probably one of Ethan Hawkes best performances.

Not a total disaster.

I don't think she loved Ashley. She gives the impression of a person who likes to pursue unattainable ideals. At least that's how it seems to me. It also seems to me that Rhett's intense passion was fueled by the fact that he couldn’t have her.
