Lindt- about 10-15 + years ago used to be very good chocolate. Now that's its successful and has stores everywhere the quality has dropped a great deal to the point where its chocolate is worse than Russel Stover
I really overate this weekend. Ate mainly junk food:
an enormous, footlong meatball parm sandwich- quite good and felt guilty afterwards
~ about the equivalent of 20 truffles
~ breakfast baconator
_4 black sesemi mochi
_big slice of yellow sponge cake
_a few slices of really good cinnamon coffee Streusel
- 8 chicken wings
-3 bowls of greasy/spicy vegetable- beef stew
Made it yesterday.
I’m getting better at this 
Just ordered some Japanese
Left: Flamed salmon with rice.
Right: Dried salmon flakes with teriyaki sauce, shrimps, rice and salad.

The cucumber salad (on top of the Salmon) is something I've eaten many times. Salmon flakes are great.

did the center come out correct?
I find that with breads sometimes the center comes out too wet or floury.
I have a bread machine that I used only twice. I didn't like the bread at all.

Yes, it came out great!
Of course it's a thing of practice (and also knowing your oven) to get it right.
And today I gave it a try to making ciabatta bread
Making eggplant, baked rigatoni, meatballs, and homemade gravy (sauce) today, will try to post pictures later.

@Matt! these are real meatballs.
The center isn't cooked cause they are put back in the gravy (sauce) to finish cooking and firming up is a by product too.

They are really good.
