The spice cake could be the clove and allspice that is used.

The pineapple cake is probably due to using extracts and flavoring.

the artificial taste wore off after they were chilled.  I ended up like the pineapple the most (cold version).

I will try these next:

Betty Crocker sprinkle cake/birthday cake

Duncan Hines Red Velvet

@Enrico_sw  do you use demi-glace sauce?

I have a lot of bottles but I've never used it.

Since the pork isn't going to the meat processing plants, it's getting made into dog food.

I guess that’s better than rotting away in a pile.

I use fond de veau to which I add mixed garlic and herbs. It's simple but really good. That's what my grandmother used to do.

I've already made demi-glace sauce (which is reduced fond de veau with tomatoes and oignon) and I quite like it, but it's longer to prepare. BTW, it's much better to prepare it yourself than to buy it. Industrial sauces usually have a lot of sugar and fresh products always taste better.

Just had the best brisket taco I've ever had.

The brisket was smoked on site and the tortillas were homemade.

What dishes do you use the sauce in ?  I am not quite sure how to use it.

I have a case of this sauce, leftover inventory given to me- didn't buy it lol.

I think people watch his channel because of his personality of a cowboy.  The food he makes is coarse stuff lol

russian cakes in general?   7, 8 layer cakes are popular with the Russians.  imho they make better cakes than everybody else- italians, american, japanese/koreans, chinese.  not sure about french though.

whenever I see a russian bakery or grocery store, I instantly stop and go in, and buy their layer cakes...

their cakes have a melt in your mouth effect that's uniquely good.

What's the most common in the countryside are roadside BBQ, like this.  Usually they have burnt BBQ chicken and/or ribs, sometimes something else.

I've always wanted to try Russian Honey Cakes, but I don't live an area that has authentic Russian cuisine.
