Eggs mostly!
I don't really like chunks of salsa in my eggs so I blend it down where it becomes more of a sauce than salsa.

seems easier but there's something that shells have with the flavor and the fun

I've been checking my overstuffed freezer. I hoarded too much meat and didn't cook it fast enough. The holidays has depleted it a bit but there's still too much stuff in there. I did ribs twice and both times the ribs were too old and had messed up flavor. Had to throw it out. I used up the lamb and the fish.
- frozen tuna for sushi
-four bags of jumbo shrimp
-precooked eels
- a few large pieces of pork loin
- 2 lbs bacon
-2 bags of ground pork
-many bags of pork ribs and pork belly
-a lot of steaks
-a lot of sausages
-precooked beef
-precooked pork bellies

I make my rice from scratch and not the boxed stuff.

When I eat rice, I mainly eat Japanese short grain white rice that I get from restaurant distributor. I have a rice cooker. I don't eat rice that often though, it makes me sleepy.
what type of rice is that?

Basmati yellow rice. I also use jasmine rice too.
It's shallot, garlic cloves, butter, pepper, chicken broth, crushed red pepper, and turmeric.
