My breakfast:

Omelet with black forest ham, mixed organic greens and a thin slice of provolone cheese all inside

Oh, and a whole avocado

OMG can I just say first of all I wouldn't have the stomach I do if it wasn't for food. Yuuuuum. I had roast chicken and vegetables for dinner.
