Yeah I'm really surprised that people don't know what it is, too. I mean, even our teachers know about it at school. Especially Toobs, you live in Cali, right (or you did at one point, at least) Well, 4:20 started there. BC is big on pot though. 4:20 is such a huge deal here... It was all over the news. But then again, nothing news-worthy ever seems to happen here besides car theft and the occasional Indo-Canadian gang shooting.

Pot is actually becoming such a fad with preteens here, too. I know I'm only 16, but I'm a teenager, not a preteen. And I think that I'm quite knowledgeable and responsible when it comes to marijuana. I dont abuse it and i understand how it works and impacts my life. Anyway, I saw 11 year-olds all like, "~*HAPPY 4:20*~" <_< I heard some saying that they were honouring Bob Marley's birthdate or deathdate or some shit like that. It was just stupid and they obviously didn't know the origin or point behind 4:20 (There's no point, btw. That's my point. No deep meaning or story behind it what so ever. Which I find hilarious, it just makes me love it and stoners even more )
