It's always been the best for me. When you install that, just hover over the video you want to download and a "Get It" button should appear, press the arrow on the side and it should give the size of the video in Mb's. If the button gets too annoying you can always turn it off

I installed that a while ago but it didn't seem to agree too much with my windows 7 and/or my virus scanner. Blue screens galore until I finally uninstalled it. Any alternatives?

I use replay media catcher program to download flash videos from online and it always works

take a look at post #30 just have to remove " $zoom-super$ " and put scl=1

flashget and if you use firefox you can get the flashgot add-on

I'm a bit of a newbie at this, I've been trying to get the HQ images from "Gray&Osbourn" but none of the other methods seem to work.

I think the closest is to change the URL of the picture to get the larger one but I have not managed to get the URL of the HQ pic.

Does anyone have any suggestions ?
