do you know how to do water damage, the paper looks old but i thnk its needs some like water damage

errr
add noise -> monochromatic ~5
hue/saturation -> adjusted the lightness
dust & scratches
added the border to make it look like a photo
then made happy with the coffee stain brushes and paper-y looking textures to make the photo look realisitcally old...

Started by duplicating the image, then i added noise, then a lighting effect, then some grain, then made a new layer and added a parchment ![]()

I would tone down whatever you used that's giving it that texture. I would use it but on a lower setting so that the picture doesn't look quite so...rough, for lack of a better word.
The actual coloring I absolutely love though. Keep that!

Actually looks like a photo now! Now from there, I would play around with different textures and brushes to make it more convincing. deviant art is a good place to get some ![]()
